Publish a signup page for a guaranteed woman-driver window in a city Uber does not cover, and share it in the groups you can reach. Count signups against visits.

Build plan

• Start: run a booked woman-driver hour in a city with drivers you have already screened.
• Next: add live tracking and a PIN at pickup.
• Then: open a waitlist for another city only if that hour stays full.
• After that: ask riders whether a preference with a wait is enough, or whether they need a guaranteed match.
